ENGLISH:
Hello friends at @hivefood, I hope you are doing great! Thank God, we had a great start to the week here. Today, after so many months, I was finally able to go for a short run. My plan is to do it every morning, at least until the kids go back to school, because then it gets a little complicated for me! But anyway, now I'm getting ready to do my strength training routine, but first I wanted to tell you a little about what we had for lunch, a delicious roast chicken from La Pista. We're addicted to this chicken because it tastes so good.
Today, I was going to cook half a chicken in the air fryer for lunch, but we had to go to the supermarket and buy ingredients for a salad and some potatoes, and in the end, we were going to spend practically the same amount as we spent on this roast chicken ($11.50), so we decided that Alber would go buy it, and in the meantime, I stayed home making some fried arepas to go with it because it comes with some (tiny) rolls, salad, and sauces! So, just in case the chicken wasn't that big, we had to supplement it, haha, so I made two arepas for each of us. The chicken was medium-sized, neither huge nor tiny, but in the end, we all ate and were super satisfied. Plus, I didn't have to cook as much or use gas. 😂 It couldn't have been better, and for $11.50, I would buy it again, of course🥰
