

Hola amigos de @hivefood feliz martes, el miercoles 31 que estabamos casa de mis padres normalmemte no se hace auerzo, porque siempre cenamos bastante jeje asi que solo desayunamos bien y pasamos el resto del dia picando! Y ese dia mi mamá hizo una especie de "pasapalo" que estaba delicioso, era una esprcie de salsa con sardina, que comimos con pan! Asi que hoy quise recrear la version un poco mas sana con unos patacones y como es tan facil y ademas DELICIOSO aca les dejo el paso a paso👇
Hello friends of @hivefood, happy Tuesday! On Wednesday the 31st, while we were at my parents' house, we didn't usually make lunch because we always have a big dinner, haha. So, we just had a good breakfast and spent the rest of the day snacking! That day, my mom made a kind of "snack" that was delicious—it was a sort of sardine dip that we ate with bread! So today, I wanted to recreate a slightly healthier version with some patacones (fried green plantains), and since it’s so easy and DELICIOUS, here is the step-by-step guide 👇

INGREDIENTS:
✔️ 1 Sardine in tomato sauce
✔️ Half an onion
✔️ Half a red bell pepper
✔️ Mayonnaise
✔️ Salt
✔️ Half a green plantain

Okey lo primero que hice fueron los patacones y para esto metí medio platano en la freidora a 180° 5 minutos que luego aplasté con ayuda de una tabla y volví a llevar a la freidora 5 minutos mas, y aunque el platano no estaba 100% verde, quedaron bien
Okay, the first thing I made were the patacones. For this, I put half a plantain in the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes, then flattened it with the help of a board and put it back in the air fryer for another 5 minutes. Even though the plantain wasn't 100% green, they turned out well.

Luego picamos la cebolla y el pimenton lo mas pequeño que podamos
Next, we chop the onion and the bell pepper as finely as possible.

El siguiente paso es abrir nuestras sardinas y sacarle el espinazo o los huesos 😂 ay no se como se le diria jajaja pero bueno lo del medio
The next step is to open our sardines and remove the backbone or the bones 😂 oh, I don't know what you'd call it, hahaha, but anyway, the thing in the middle.

Como ultimo paso a todo lo anterior le ponemos una cucharada generosa de mayonesa que di quieres una version mas fit fácilmente podria ser yogurt Griego, pero como yo no tengo ahorita le puse la mayonesa, un toque de sal y ya esta listo😍
As a final step, we add a generous tablespoon of mayonnaise to everything. If you want a "fitter" version, it could easily be Greek yogurt, but since I don't have any right now, I used mayonnaise, a touch of salt, and it's ready! 😍

Agregamos a nuestros patacones y listo tenemos una comida super completa y ademas DELICIOSA🤤😍 asi que no duden en probarla.
