Hola amigos de @hivefood Espero que estén muy bien, Es un gusto estar de nuevo por aquí con otra receta y como siempre variando un poquito la alimentación, esta vez compré un poquito de auyama y me puse a buscar alguna receta, encontré este pan y dije tengo que hacerlo y así Aquí les dejo la receta 🥰

Hello friends at @hivefood. I hope you are all doing well. It's a pleasure to be back here with another recipe, and as always, varying my diet a little. This time, I bought some pumpkin and started looking for a recipe. I found this bread and said to myself, “I have to make this.” So here's the recipe 🥰

INGREDIENTES:

🥖 300gr de Auyama
🥖 600gr de Harina de trigo
🥖 40gr de mantequilla
🥖 20gr de azucar
🥖 8gr de levadura
🥖 15ml de aceite
🥖 250ml de leche
🥖 1 Huevo
🥖 1/2 cucharada de sal

INGREDIENTS:

🥖 300g pumpkin
🥖 600g wheat flour
🥖 40g butter
🥖 20g sugar
🥖 8g yeast
🥖 15ml oil
🥖 250ml milk
🥖 1 egg
🥖 1/2 tablespoon salt

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es picar la auyama en trozos pequeños para llevarla a sancochar hasta que se ablande

The first thing we're going to do is chop the pumpkin into small pieces to boil it until it softens.

Una vez que este blanda vamos a llevarla a la licuadora junto a la leche

Once it is soft, we will put it in the blender together with the milk.

Esta mezcla la agregamos a un tazon donde agregaremos el resto de los ingredientes excepto la harina y la sal (aunque a mi se me olvidó y puse la sal tambien😂) tapamos esta mezcla y dejamos reposar 30 minutos

Add this mixture to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients except for the flour and salt (although I forgot and added the salt too😂). Cover the mixture and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Pasado este tiempo vamos a agregar la harina y amasamos muy bien hasta formar una masa que no se pegue en nuestras manos, y vamos a dejar leudando 30 minutos mas

After this time, add the flour and knead well until you have a dough that doesn't stick to your hands, then leave it to rise for another 30 minutes.

Pasado este tiempo dividimos en dos porciones, que vamos a estirar bien, enrollamos un poco a los lados y luego a lo largo, vamos enrollando y jalando, luego dejamos reposar 30 minutos

After this time, divide into two portions, stretch them out well, roll them up a little at the sides and then lengthwise, rolling and pulling, then leave to rest for 30 minutes.

finalmente agregamos un poco de huevo batido por encima y llevamos 25min a 180° al horno

Finally, add a little beaten egg on top and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Me lo comí con un poco de queso y unos huevitos y estaba PERFECTO asi que no duden en hacerlo🥰
