Hola amigos de @hivefood, espero que su semana vaya genial. Por acá así es; seguimos con nuestro emprendimiento de tortas y pasamos unas cuantas horas en la calle cada día, así que cocinar casi siempre es a las carreras 😖. ¡Tengo que organizarme más, lo admito! Pero bueno, ayer aproveché que terminamos la jornada temprano y quise hacerles unas pizzas a mis amores. Como yo estoy en "modo reconstrucción", no quise pecar, así que busqué una mejor opción, igual de deliciosa, y acá se las comparto.

Hello, @hivefood friends! I hope your week is going great. It certainly is over here; we’re keeping busy with our cake business and spending several hours on the street every day, so cooking is almost always a rush 😖. I admit it, I need to get more organized! Anyway, yesterday I took advantage of the fact that we finished the workday early and wanted to make some pizzas for my loved ones. Since I'm in "reconstruction mode," I didn't want to cheat on my diet, so I looked for a better—but equally delicious—option, and here it is.

​INGREDIENTES: ✔️ 2 Huevos ✔️ Salsa de tomate ✔️ Mortadela ✔️ Queso ​

✔️ Tomato sauce
✔️ Mortadella
✔️ Cheese

​Okey, lo primero es preparar nuestra salsa. No tomé el paso a paso, pero básicamente es sofreír un poco de cebolla, agregar luego el jugo de tomates, una pizca de azúcar y un poco de sal, ¡y listo! Una vez que hice las pizzas de los demás, me puse con la mía: para la "masa", mezclé muy bien los dos huevos y les agregué un poco de sal.

Okay, first things first: preparing the sauce. I didn't take step-by-step photos, but it’s basically sautéing some onion, adding the tomato juice, a pinch of sugar, and a bit of salt—and that's it! Once I finished making the regular pizzas, I started on mine. For the "dough," I whisked the two eggs thoroughly and added a pinch of salt.

Luego, lo agregué a una plancha y dejé cocinar por 3 minutos de cada lado, para luego añadir la salsa de tomate.

Then, I poured it onto a griddle and let it cook for 3 minutes on each side before adding the tomato sauce.

Seguidamente, agregué el jamón bolivariano (mortadela 😂) y el queso. Tapé y dejé cocinar unos minutos más, ¡y así quedó! 🥰🤤

Next came the "Bolivarian ham" (mortadella 😂) and the cheese. I covered it and let it cook for a few more minutes, and this was the result! 🥰🤤

​La verdad fue una receta facilísima, rápida y muy DELICIOSA, así que no duden en hacerla. 💓
