
Hola Amigos de @hivefood estamos de vuelta, como saben en esta casa comemos muchisimo pollo jeje primero porque nos gusta, segundo porque el mas rapido de cocinar y tercero porque Ema poco como carne y hacer dos menús no esta en mis planes jeje, ayer les hice pollo guisado con pasta a ellos, y como aca andamos controlando calorias yo despues de hacerle la comida a ellos me hice la mia, y aunque no puse todo el paso a paso lea dejo por aca una opcion para cuando haya poco tiempo

First, because we like it, second, because it's the quickest to cook, and third, because Ema doesn't eat much meat, and making two different meals isn't in my plans, haha. Yesterday I made them chicken stew with pasta, and since we're watching our calories here, after making their meal I made mine. Although I didn't include all the steps, here's an option for when you're short on time.

INGREDIENTES:
✔️ 150gr de pechuga
✔️ Pimenton Rojo
✔️ Salsa de tomate
✔️ Avena
✔️ Mostaza
INGREDIENTS:

✔️ Red paprika
✔️ Tomato sauce
✔️ Oats
✔️ Mustard

Como ven, poco ingredientes! Lo que haremos es picar la pechuga en trozos y condimentarla con sal, oregano y mostaza y la llevamos con el pimenton picado en julianas al sarten para dorarlas un poco

Luego de unos minutos agregamos el tomate que previamente sancochamos y licuamos, solo un poco, como media taza, removemos y dejamos cocinar otros 10 minutos

Mientras se hacia el pollo, yo hacia la mezcla para la masa y para esto usé media taza de avena, 2 cucharadas de harina pan y un poco de agua, y amasamos hasta tener la consistencia adecuada, que no se pegue en los dedos es el momento ideal para armar nuestra arepita y ponerla a asar,

Aunque como esta era la unica porcion de carbohidrato en el dia ne hice una arepa considerable jeje que luego rellene de queso y disfrute con mi rico pollito y asi quedó🤤🤤
Although this was the only carbohydrate portion of the day, I made myself a sizeable arepa, which I then filled with cheese and enjoyed with my delicious chicken, and that was that.

La verdad es que para nada extraño la pasta y el arroz, estas arepas y las de yuca son una delicia asi que cuando tengan poco tiempo no duden en hacerla.
