Hello everyone, today I'm here to greet everyone with a family dinner. This is Neryang or Mookata, which comes from Korean eating culture. But what Thai people like and have adapted is that it is usually eaten with family, friends or lovers. It is a meal that must be eaten together, eating and talking because we have to grill and add meat, add soup and add vegetables. It is a cute eating activity. In Thailand, it is a popular food. People tend to eat it. There are many restaurants that offer buffets, sets and Alaskan style to choose from. Or you can make it at home.

And this time is the second time for the family here. The first time was not long ago. But at that time, we did it in a hurry and were very excited. I was afraid that you wouldn't like it because the eating culture might be different. We did it in a hurry. We didn't prepare much, not even the soup. Just pour water and add seasoning powder. But this time, my mother prepared the meat, so I had time to prepare.

This time, I boiled the best soup and seasoned it before pouring it in the middle of the pan. There are 2 compartments. I divided it into spicy and non-spicy. This electric pan was brought from Thailand. It took a long time to make it. The pan has a separate stove system: a boiling pot and a grilling pot. The system will automatically cut off the power when it gets too hot, but it's very convenient.

This has fresh squid. Sausages are added, marinated meat, I marinated and refrigerated for about 3 hours, the meat will be soft and set.

There are a lot of vegetables, I am a person who likes to eat vegetables, both eaten fresh or boiled with soup. My mother's salad greens are grown in the garden, they are very beautiful, I often eat them. Besides that, there are many types. Wash them, cut them, clean them well and serve them. Next to them are glass noodles soaked in water and boiled with soup. It's delicious. I like it.

The dipping sauce is sukiyaki sauce, then add chili, garlic, and lime for a rich taste. I made 2 types. The first time I made 3 types: sukiyaki, seafood, and jim jaew. I added soy sauce in case my mother can't eat spicy food.

When everything is ready, prepare the table, prepare small plates and chopsticks, a ladle to scoop soup in the middle, open the pan, everyone is ready.

Meat, veggies and there's seafoods too, bow that's a nice combination. It looks hood, I want to try it too. Even the sauce looks interesting. But i am really not familiar with some of what you put there. Not sure either if they are available in our country 🤔
