Hello everyone, today I'm going to take you to eat noodles at a Chinese restaurant in Barcelona, Spain. This restaurant is located not far from the Arc de Triomphe. Since we had to travel that day, and the weather was quite cold, we searched for a nearby noodle shop with good soup. We came across this one with good reviews and it looked interesting, so we chose Golden Dumpling House.

When we arrived, we walked into the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and simple. The lighting was soft and dim, and wooden tables were lined up in front. There weren't many customers at the time, as it might not be dinner time yet. Only a few tables were occupied. We chose to sit inside. We walked up a few steps, and we could see the view from the outside. There were Chinese characters written on the side. It was cute, and I loved it.

We arrived and chose a seat. The waiter then brought us the menu. I like restaurants with a wide selection of dishes because I think they should pay more attention to the food. This is just my personal opinion. After we browsed the menu, I asked the waiter if he had any recommendations. I wanted noodles with a hot soup to help beat the cold.

The waiter recommended the beef noodle soup, which is the restaurant's signature dish. Each dish comes with a choice of egg noodles or thin noodles. We each chose a spicy and a clear noodle soup. Both were beef noodles, and the ingredients were quite different. The flavors and ingredients looked interesting, so we quickly ordered both.

As mentioned, we were short on time and traveling, and didn't want to eat heavy food, so we ordered just these and a drink each. After a short wait, as there weren't many customers, the staff brought out both noodle dishes. At first glance, they looked incredibly appetizing. I'm a noodle lover anyway, and the soup was incredibly fragrant, just like the good reviews.

The first time we tried the noodles, they said to slurp the soup and then add more seasoning. There were condiments on the side, allowing you to adjust the level of spiciness. We didn't add any. Our first taste of both was incredibly smooth and the soup was fragrant, not overly spicy. Everything was so smooth and soft. This was the best we've ever tasted.

The texture of the noodles was incredibly tender. Both bowls of the spicy noodles were generously portioned, but the beef was braised, making them tender and paired perfectly with the hot soup. The flavors were spicy, but not overly spicy. It's just the right amount of spicy, perfect for those who love bold flavors. The colors look incredibly appetizing.

The other bowl is thinly sliced beef, and this bowl is interesting. It also has bean sprouts, my favorite vegetable, in it. And what you see in this bowl is noodles that aren't yellow,I don't know what they are, but they're delicious. The broth is well-balanced. I wasn't craving spicy food at the time, but it was slightly spicy. I loved this dish. I could slurp up a lot of the broth because it was so delicious.

We ate with relish, just as we'd chosen based on reviews. We sometimes go to restaurants without thinking, without reading reviews, and sometimes we're a little disappointed. But this one was a great one. If you're in Barcelona, give it a try. I hope you enjoy my posts and photos. Thank you for following along. Have a great day!
