Hello everyone, today I'm taking you to a Peruvian restaurant in Plana, Spain. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while passing through, and it was lunchtime. As you know, restaurants in Spain often open and close late, but that's normal for them. We were looking for a nearby restaurant and found this one, so we decided to try it for dinner. The restaurant is called Restaurante Peruano Norteño.

When we walked in, the restaurant was full. There were four of us, and we hadn't made a reservation, but luckily, a table was available.

Upon arrival, we were given a QR code to scan to order food. We each ordered one dish and shared a few.

Today, we ordered Peruvian beer, specifically a dark beer. It's a sweet and smooth beer; I like sweet beers. It's delicious, similar to Coca-Cola, a dark soda but refreshing.

The first dish we ordered was Yuca Frita, which is fried cassava, a popular appetizer in Peru. It's similar to French fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

This dish comes with Lecé di Tiger, which literally translates to tiger milk.

This is a dressing made from ceviche. It has a tangy, spicy kick and a refreshing flavor. I really liked this dish; the aroma was almost like yogurt, and it paired perfectly with the french fries.

Next up is Arroz Chaufa, a Peruvian-style fried rice influenced by Chinese cuisine. It's a beef fried rice (chicken is also an option, but we chose beef). The rice was fluffy, fragrant, and delicious. I liked this dish too because the rice wasn't too soggy.

The next dish is ceviche, the national dish of Peru. It's made with fish, giving it a refreshing tangy flavor. It's served with sweet potatoes, large-kernel corn, and crispy popcorn. You have to mix everything together before eating for the best flavor combination. This was another unique dish for me, and I enjoyed it as well.

Following that is the yellow chicken curry. This yellow chicken curry has a creamy sauce made with Aji Amarillo peppers, very rich and flavorful. It's served with rice and boiled quail eggs. This dish was delicious and well-balanced; the sauce complemented the rice perfectly. This dish was delicious as well.

Tallarines Con Carne is a stir-fried pasta dish with beef, featuring a rich flavor profile with onions, chilies, and tomatoes, all perfectly blended. It's ideal for pasta lovers, and the tender beef is a delicious choice.

And that's all the food we ordered this time, finished off with a cup of coffee each. This lunch was a great choice for this trip. I always enjoy trying different cuisines, even if I'm not visiting the place. I always look for authentic restaurants, where the chefs are from that country, resulting in truly delicious food. I hope everyone enjoyed my photo post and story. Thank you for following and have a great day!
