Hello everyone, today I'm taking you to Fumi for Chinese and Japanese cuisine in Alexandre, Italy. This restaurant is an all-you-can-eat buffet, where you pay one price, excluding drinks. The buffet price depends on the day and time. Dinner is a different price, lunch is another price, and Saturday and Sunday are different prices. The day we went, it was 16 euros per person. It had been a long time since we'd had sushi like this for lunch, so this time, we were looking for a new place to eat, and we chose this restaurant.
After exploring, we walked to the restaurant. We went for lunch and arrived relatively early because we had to run errands, so we needed to get there early. There weren't many people when we arrived. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is decorated in a Japanese-Chinese style, with decorations that aren't too fancy. The place is clean and modern, and it feels good to sit at. There are many tables to choose from. The restaurant is quite large and beautiful.
We didn't make a reservation, and when we arrived, the receptionist greeted us and took us to a table. Then, the staff handed us an iPad, which we could order from, scan a QR code, access the Wi-Fi, and view the menu on our phone. I think this place is pretty good. Some places don't provide iPads or Wi-Fi, and some still use paper orders. But this place is pretty good.
The first time we ordered, it seemed like there wasn't enough space to put our food, so we switched from iPads to phones. It was convenient. The food we had that day was varied. I like buffets, so we only had sushi. There were other dishes to choose from. Before ordering, we chose our drinks. We ordered hot sake. It had a sweet peach aroma and was incredibly delicious. I like this kind of sake. I usually eat sake without the aroma, but it tends towards alcohol. But this one was delicious and fragrant, without any alcohol smell.
We ordered sashimi and sushi, which were served around the same time. The food came out relatively quickly because we went during a less busy time. We ordered one at a time, and after we finished, we kept ordering more.
We finished everything, and there wasn't anything left. Each piece of sushi was incredibly appetizing. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered several items to give us a variety of choices. Each dish was served in sets of two pieces. This is the sushi we ordered, as you can see.
In addition, there was also... These fried shrimp spring rolls are my favorites over regular spring rolls. They're served with a dipping sauce, and the freshly fried spring rolls are still crispy and delicious. The pieces are small enough to fit in one bite. I really like this dish. I could have two sets the first time, and they were the same. It was so delicious! We ordered them twice. We didn't expect it to be so good. The first time we tried them, we tasted the fried dough, but it was incredibly flavorful and crispy. It was incredibly fragrant and delicious. It might look ordinary, but the taste was amazing.
Next was the stir-fry. I usually order this dish, but this time my boyfriend ordered more. I was surprised. He usually doesn't order this kind of dish, but when it arrived, there were a few similar dishes. Each dish looked delicious and tasted delicious. Each stir-fry dish had shrimp or chicken pieces. The shrimp and chicken were incredibly tender. I felt that they cooked everything so deliciously and well-balanced. Nothing stood out. We ate everything, even the stir-fried bean sprouts, which we ordered twice. I felt that this restaurant's stir-fried bean sprouts were different from other places because they were more delicious.
Next up was the Kanom Jeen menu, which was Vegetarian-style dumplings. This was also delicious. We also ordered steamed buns with condensed milk, which had a general flavor similar to other dishes.
This was our lunch at this restaurant. We were very impressed and liked it. This was our first time here, but we felt good and thought we would come back to eat here again because of the taste.
