
Hello everyone! Today, I'm taking you into the kitchen, and almost all of the dishes today will be vegetarian. Most of the dishes this time aren't made by me; my mom will be making some, and it's a fusion of Thai and Italian cuisine. Let's see what we're having!

The first dish is battered and fried zucchini. This is a dish my mom makes. It's fried until golden brown and slightly crispy. The taste is slightly salty, sweet, and creamy. The sweetness comes from the zucchini itself and its natural milky texture. It's delicious as a snack.

Next is bean soup. I don't know the exact name of this dish, but I often see my mom make it. The highlight is the large white beans, simmered until soft in a flavorful broth with carrots. It's delicious and, importantly, very high in protein.

The next dish is baked sweet potatoes. This requires almost no preparation; just slice the sweet potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add rosemary for aroma, and don't forget to add olive oil to prevent them from sticking to the pan and becoming too dry. I made this, and it turned out delicious. The sweetness comes naturally from the sweet potatoes.

Next up is pizza, a popular Italian dish, homemade style. We don't make this ourselves; we get it from my dad's workplace. We cut it and bake it until crispy. It's hot, crispy, and delicious when served.


The next dish is cucumber salad. But today, I added shallots and celery. Usually, the recipe doesn't include these, but I wanted to include them. I'll share the recipe later; it's easy and delicious. It's similar to papaya salad, a popular Thai dish, but uses cucumber instead of papaya. The taste is sour, salty, and spicy, in true Thai style. Of course, I made this, and it was incredibly delicious.

The last dish is something I recently started making, and I'm hooked! It started when my mom had cabbage but wasn't cooking anything. I thought this looked interesting, but I'd overlooked it several times because I was too lazy to cook. I thought this would be easy to make, and once I started, I became addicted. It's simple and delicious. It's the best stir-fried cabbage with fish sauce ever! I love this dish, and I'll show you how to make it again sometime.
