Hello everyone, today I'll be taking you into the kitchen to cook. Lately, I've been eating rice a lot, and when I cook, I cook a lot. If I can't finish it all at once, I'll make fried rice with eggs the next day. Leftover rice will keep the grains firm and not soggy, making it delicious when fried. Today's menu is fried rice with eggs. I've been making this dish often lately because it's delicious, easy to eat, and most importantly, everyone in my family loves it. Every time I make it, everyone eats it. Today, we'll show you how to make easy, delicious fried rice with eggs. Let's take a look at the ingredients and steps.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 800 grams Jasmine rice
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100 grams Carrot
  • 100 grams Pumpkin
  • 10 grams Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Seasoning powder
  • 10 grams Chinese celery or spring onions
  • 2 grams Black pepper

Preparation Instructions

  • Beat three eggs together and mix them with the rice. This method coats every grain of rice, enhancing its color and tastier flavor.

  • Stir-fry the garlic in oil until cooked and fragrant. Then, crack the remaining two eggs into the mixture. Let the eggs dry for a few moments, then stir. This method creates chunks of egg, giving you a rich, flavorful texture.

  • Then add the sliced โ€‹โ€‹vegetables, pumpkin, carrots, and onions. Add any vegetables you'd like. Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through and well combined.

  • Add the rice coated with the egg and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through. Then season with sauce and seasoning powder. Stir-fry until everything is well combined. Add pepper for extra flavor.

  • As the rice begins to feel dry and not soggy, the egg coating begins to cook and the aroma begins to emerge. Sprinkle with Chinese celery. Add spring onions or coriander if you'd like, depending on your preference.

  • Ready to serve. This dish can be eaten plain or with other dishes. For me, I had it with stir-fried beef with basil, my favorite dish. Coffee is another dish that makes it even more delicious.
