En mi más reciente Experiencia Foodie visité un lugar llamado Quiero 1 Café. Llevaba tiempo queriendo visitar este pequeño rincón de Los Palos Grandes en Caracas porque tenía buenas referencias sobre que el café que ofrecen es 100% de calidad. La motivación esta vez fue porque una amiga me comentó que, sin buscarlo, en Redes Sociales le había aparecido una publicación del así que lo tomó como una señal del Universo para ir y, por supuesto, como amo el café y visitar lugares nuevos ella no dudó en preguntarme si quería ir.
En esta cafetería te dan a escoger el grano de origen que quieres tomar, por su puesto de café de cultores Venezolanos. En esta ocasión nos ofrecieron grano de origen del estado Miranda y Trujillo...ambas, casi en simultáneo, dijimos "Miranda" 🤣. Mi amiga pidió un Latte Vainilla, mientras que yo en esta oportunidad elegí un Mocachino de origen, básicamente porque el chocolate que emplean no es de cualquier marca, sino de la marca venezolana Francheschi cuyo cacao proviene del Occidente Venezolano. Adicional al café, pedí también una torta de cambur con gotas de chocolate para compartir entre la dos. Me sorprendió un poco que la miga de esta torta era un poco más seca de lo que usualmente es, pero un así me la disfruté al 100%. No estaba en exceso dulce y el sabor de cambur se distinguía a la perfección.
Una de las cosas que me agradan de este lugar es que te sirven un vaso de agua junto al café para que, antes de dar el primer sorbo a tu Café, limpies el paladar y puedas preparar tus papilas gustativas para apreciar mejor el sabor del café.
No tomé demasiadas fotos del lugar pues realmente la conversa estaba bastante entretenida y se me olvidó por un momento que tengo un blog de comida para alimentar con fotografías aesthetic 🤣. Espero que esta no sea la última vez que visite este lugar, pues de verdad su propuesta es muy interese y vale la pena ahondar más en ella.

In addition to the coffee, I also ordered a cambur cake with chocolate drops to share between the two of us. I was a little surprised that the crumb of this cake was a little drier than it usually is, but I still enjoyed it 100%. It wasn't overly sweet and the flavor of cambur was perfectly distinguishable.
One of the things I like about this place is that they serve you a glass of water with your coffee so that, before taking the first sip of your coffee, you can cleanse your palate and prepare your taste buds to better appreciate the flavor of the coffee.
I didn't take too many pictures of the place as really the conversation was quite entertaining and I forgot for a moment that I have a food blog to feed with aesthetic pictures 🤣. I hope this is not the last time I visit this place, because their proposal is really interesting and worth delving more into it.
