Happy day, Hive Food friends! Today I’m sharing a delicious steak dish in vegetable sauce with you.
Feliz día, amigos de Hive food, hoy les compartire una riquisima carne de bistec en salsa de vegetales.
🍖 Ingredients:
1/2 kg beef steak. 1 white onion. 1/2 carrot. 1/2 bell pepper. 2 cloves of garlic. 1 bouillon cube. Salt and pepper. Annatto (for color). Oil (as needed).

1 cebolla blanca.
1/2 zanahoria.
1/2 pimenton.
2 dientes de ajo.
1 pastilla de caldo.

🍖 Preparation:
Clean and drain the steaks, cut them into pieces, and set them aside. Place a pot on the stove with the meat and water; add scallion stalks and crushed garlic, then let it simmer with the lid on.
Finely dice all the vegetables—white onion, carrot, bell pepper, and sweet chili pepper—and set them aside. Once the meat is partially cooked, add the vegetables and the bouillon cube. Season with salt, pepper, and a little coloring (such as annatto or paprika), and cook until the vegetables form a delicious sauce. 🍖 Elaboracion:
Limpiamos y escurrimos los bistec, los cortamos en trozos y reservamos, montamos una olla al fuego con carne y agua, le agregamos ramas de cebollin y ajo machacado y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento con la olla tapada.
Cortamos todos los vegetales en cuadritos muy pequeñitos, cebolla blanca, zanahoria, pimenton, aji dulce, reservamos, al estar la carne cocida parcialmente agregamos todos los vegetales, la pastilla de caldo, saborizamos con sal, pimienta y color y dejamos cocinar hasta que obtengamos una rica salsa con los vegetales, esta exquisita carne la acompañe con arroz blanco, ensalada de papas cocida y platano al horno.
