Hola como están? Espero que tengan un fin de semana agradable en familia, hoy comparto un delicioso plato.
🍖 Ingredients:
1 beef steak. 1/2 white onion. 1 clove of garlic. 1/2 green bell pepper. 1 tomato. Salt and pepper. Annatto (for color).
🍖 Ingredientes:
1 bistec de carne.
1/2 cebolla blanco.
1 diente de ajo.
1/2 pimenton verde.
1 tomate.
Sal y pimienta.
Color onoto.
🍖 Preparation:
Cut the steak into pieces and season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and annatto (achiote); set aside. Julienne the onion, bell pepper, and tomato; set aside. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the meat pieces; once they are partially cooked, add the onion and bell pepper and stir. Finally, add the tomato, cover the pot, and cook over low heat so the vegetables steam and remain al dente. Check the seasoning and let it brown slightly. I served this delicious meat with white rice and fried plantain slices.

🍖 Preparacion:
Troceamos el bistec y lo condimentamos con sal, pimienta, ajo machacado y color onoto, reservamos, cortamos la cebolla, el pimenton y el tomate en juliana, reservamos, colocamos una olla al fuego con aceite y agregamos los trozos de carne para saltearlo, cuando ya esta medianamente cocido agregamos la cebolla y el pimenton y vamos mezclando, por ultimo colocamos el tomate tapamos la olla a fuego bajo para que los vegetales se suden y queden al dente, verificamos la sal y dejamos dorar un poco, esta rica carne la acompañe con arroz blanco y tajadas de platano.
