Recipe: Delicious pasta with sauteed vegetables - Receta: Rica pasta con vegetales salteados. 🍝🌶🫑

🫑 Preparation:

Chop the onion, tomato 🍅, and bell pepper into julienne strips, cut the carrot into thin sticks, and slice the red cabbage into thin strips. Place a pot of water, salt, and a bay leaf on the boil to cook the pasta.

In a pan, add oil and margarine, a crushed garlic clove, and begin sautéing the vegetables one by one. Add them and stir to combine their flavors. Cover for a few minutes. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the vegetables and mix well. Serve with a little grated cheese 🧀.

🫑 Preparación:

Picamos la cebolla el tomate 🍅 y el pimentón en juliana, la zanahoria cortada en bastones delgados, el repollo morado en tiras finas, procedemos a colocar una olla con agua, sal y una hoja de laurel a hervir para cocinar la pasta.

En un sartén colocamos aceite y margarina, un diente de ajo machacado y empezamos a saltear los vegetales uno a uno los vamos agregando y los removemos para que integren sus sabores, los tapamos unos minutos y al estar blancos los reservamos, ya tenemos la pasta hervida y escurrida la agregamos a los vegetales y la mezclamos bien, procedemos a servirla colocándole un poco de queso 🧀 rallado.
