Feliz y bendecido dia, hoy les comparto una excelente receta, se trata de un delicioso higado encebollado.
🧅 Ingredients:
4 liver fillets. 2 large onions. 2 cloves of garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Oil (as needed). Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.

4 filetes de higado.
2 cebollas grandes.
2 dientes de ajo.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Aceite el necesario.
Salsa inglesa y salsa soya.
🧅 Preparation:
Wash and drain the liver steaks, slice the two onions, crush the garlic with salt and pepper, and season the liver steaks with the mixture.
Place the steaks in a skillet and add the sliced onions along with all the sauces; add enough water to cover the meat. Cook over medium heat until the steaks are tender and the onions have cooked down into a delicious sauce.

🧅 Preparacion:
Lavamos y escurrimos los bistec de higado, cortamos las dos cebollas en rebanadas y trituramos los ajos con sal y pimienta y adobamos los bistec de higado.
Colocamos los bistec en un sarten y agregamos cebolla rebanada junto con todas las salsas, tambien colocamos agua suficiente hasta cubrir, cocinamos a fuego moderado, hasta que los bistec esten suaves y la cebolla se haya convertido en una rica salsa.
Este delicioso plato lo acompañe con arroz blanco y ensalada de papa y zanahoria cocidas, simplemente delicioso, Gracias amigos por el apoyo al compartir. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🫂
