Hello friends, happy day, today I share with you a delicious ground beef stew with vegetables.
Hola amigos, feliz dia, hoy les comparto una deliciosa carne molida con guisada con vegetales.
🫑 Ingredients:
300g ground beef.
1 white onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
Sweet peppers.
Salt and pepper.
Scallions.
Worcestershire sauce.
Oil as needed.
🫑 Ingredientes:
300 grms de carne molida.
1 cebolla blanca.
2 dientes de ajo.
Ajies dulces.
Sal y pimienta.

Aceite el necesario.
🫑 Preparation:
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and crushed garlic. Place a skillet in the oven with a little oil and add the chicken to brown it briefly. Then add the chopped vegetables and sauté a little longer. Next, add 1 cup of broth and simmer, covered, so the vegetables release their juices.

🫑 Preparacion:
Adobamos con sal, pimienta, salsa inglesa y ajo triturado, colocamos un sarten al horno con un poquito de aceite y agregamos la carne para sofreir un poco, luego agregamos los vegetales cortados y sofreimos un poco mas, posteriormente colocamos 1 taza de caldo y cocinamos a fuego lento tapando el sarten para que suelten sus jugos.
Tambien agregamos un sofrito de varios vegetales que tenemos preparados y condimentados para saborizar aun mas el guiso, este delicioso pollo lo acompañe con arroz blanco, ensalada de tomate y zanahoria. Gracias amigos por compartir amigos, saludos 🫂🫂🙏🏻
