Hola amigos, feliz dia, espero esten muy bien! Hoy quiero compartirles una riquisima piernita de pollo a la plancha.
🍗 Ingredients:
1 chicken leg, cut into fillets.
1 clove of garlic.
Salt and pepper.
Red seasoning.
Worcestershire sauce.
Oil as needed.
🍗 Ingredientes:
1 piernita de pollo cortada en filete.
1 diente de ajo.
Sal y pimienta.
Aliño rojo.
Salsa inglesa.
Aceite el necesario.
🍗 Preparation:
We have a chicken leg cut into fillets, washed and drained. We marinate the chicken with crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, coating it well. We add Worcestershire sauce and oil and set it aside.
We place a griddle over the heat and let it get hot. Then we add the marinated fillet and cover it with a lid so it cooks thoroughly. We turn it occasionally until it's nicely browned.

🍗 Preparacion:
Tenemos una piernita de pollo cortada en filete, lavada y escurrida, adobamos el pollo con ajo machacado, sal, pimienta y aliño rojo lo untamos muy bien, le colocamos salsa inglesa y aceite y reservamos.
Colocamos una plancha al fuego y dejamos calentar, luego agregamos el filete ya adobado y con una tapa cubrimos para que se cocine bien, vamos dando vuelta y vuelta hasta que este bien dorado.
Este filete de pollo a la plancha lo acompañe con unos tostones de topocho y una ensalada de tomate, pepino y cebolla cortada en hebras finas, gracias amigos por siempre acompañarme con mis publicaciones, saludos. 🙏🏻🫂
