Happy start to the week, friends! Today I want to share a delicious chicken with vegetables in tomato sauce with you. 🍗🍅
Feliz inicio de semana amigos, hoy quiero compartirles un delicioso pollo con vegetales en salsa de tomate. 🍗🍅
🍅 Ingredients:
1 chicken breast. 2 cloves of garlic. 1 white onion. Sweet peppers. Scallions. Salt and pepper. Annatto (for color). Oil (as needed).
🍅 Ingredientes:
1 pechuga de pollo.
2 dientes de ajo.
1 cebolla blanca.
Ajies dulces.
Ramas de cebollin.
Sal y pimienta.
Color onoto.
Aceite el necesario.
🍅 Preparation:
Debone the chicken breasts and cut them into small pieces; season with salt, pepper, annatto, and crushed garlic, then set aside. Finely dice the vegetables and set them aside as well. Place a skillet on the heat to sear the chicken, then add the chopped vegetables and stir briefly. Add a cup of broth and taste to check the flavors. Add the tomato sauce and cook until the liquid reduces and a smooth sauce remains.

🍅 Elaboracion:
Deshuesamos las pechugas y las cortamos en en trozos pequeños, condimentamos con sal, pimienta, onoto y ajo triturado, reservamos, cortamos los vegetales en cuadritos pequeñitos y reservamos, colocamos un sarten al fuego para blanquar el pollo y luego agregamos los vegetales cortados, mezclamos un poco, agregamos una taza de consome y probamos los sabores, agregamos la salsa de tomate, dejamos cocinar hasta consumir el liquido y quede una salsa suave.
Este delicioso pollo lo acompañe con arroz blanco y tajadas de platano verde.
