Hola amigos de Hive food un placer poder compartir una vez más mis ricas recetas en esta oportunidad les traigo una riquísima sopa de frijoles piquito negros que en lo particular me gusta mucho.
🍲 Ingredients:
200 grams of black-beaked beans.
1/2 carrot 🥕.
1/2 white onion 🧅.
1/4 green bell pepper.
1 tomato 🍅.
1 sweet chili 🫑.
A few sprigs of chives.
A few sprigs of cilantro.
1 garlic clove.
Annatto to taste.
Worcestershire sauce.
1 bouillon cube.
Salt to taste.
Oil as needed.
🍲 Ingredientes:
200 grms de frijoles piquito negro.
1/2 zanahoria 🥕.
1/2 cebolla 🧅 blanca.
1/4 de pimentón verde.
1 tomate 🍅.
1 ají 🫑 dulce.
Unas ramas de cebollín.
Unas ramas de cilantro.
1 diente de ajo.
Onoto al gusto.
Salsa inglesa.
1 pastilla de caldo.
Sal al gusto.
Aceite el necesario.
🍲 Preparation:
I'll start by thoroughly washing the beans, which I soaked overnight in a teaspoon of baking soda powder to expel gases and cook more gently. When they come to a boil, they'll begin to form a white foam. At this point, we'll replace the cooking water with clean, preheated water to maintain its temperature.
We'll cut all the vegetables into small cubes, grate the carrot 🥕, then place a pot of oil to sauté all the vegetables. When the beans are al dente, add the sautéed beans and continue cooking until the soup is to your liking. I'll accompany this dish with a baked plantain.

🍲 Preparación:
Comenzaré lavando muy bien los frijoles los cuales los puse a remojar con una cucharadita de polvo bicarbonato desde la noche anterior para que expulsen los gases y sean más suaves en su cocimiento, al levantar el hervor empezarán a sacar una espuma blanca, en este momento cambiamos el agua de cocimiento cambiando por agua limpia previamente calentada para mantener su temperatura.
Cortamos todos los vegetales en cuadritos pequeños, rallamos la zanahoria 🥕, luego colocamos una olla con aceite para sofreír todos los vegetales, al estar los frijoles al dente colocamos el sofrito a los frijoles y seguimos cocinando hasta que la sopa este a su gusto, este plato lo acompañe con un plátano al horno nada más.
