Hello food lover friends!šŸ˜šŸ¤—
I hope you all are doing really well. Today, I’m going to share a mouthwatering recipe with you. We all spend busy times in our own lives, and rarely get the chance to sit and chat with our relatives. When we visit my grandma’s house, we get to meet everyone after a long time. Spending time together with everyone feels special. While chatting, eating puffed rice mix (Muri Makha) together has its own unique joy.

First, I mixed together puffed rice, chanachur, papad, chickpeas, and onions well. Then I added salt and mustard oil in the right amount and mixed everything again. Finally, I added the small lemon pieces into it.

If you use processed/spiced oil, the Muri Makha tastes even better. You can fry mustard oil with different ground spices like coriander paste, cumin paste, garlic paste, and ginger paste, and then use that flavored oil in the mix—it turns out super delicious. You can also add coriander leaves and cucumber for extra taste. And if you like peanuts, you can add plenty of them too.

While we were chatting, we enjoyed eating the Muri Makha together. Within moments, a whole big bowl was finished in the middle of the conversation! Who else loves Muri Makha like this? Let me know how you liked today’s recipe.

This quick Muri Makha can easily be made with simple household ingredients. It’s one of the most traditional snacks of Bangladesh. You’ll even find street vendors selling it on the roadside. Friends often sit beside those stalls, chatting and eating Muri Makha. And of course, we can make it at home too.

Thank you, everyone! I’ll be back again with another new food idea. So, who’s already craving Muri Makha after seeing this?šŸ˜‹šŸ¤¤
