👋Hello foodie people, hope you are all doing very well. Winter is here, and for the last few days it has become really cold. Cold wind is blowing outside, and in this kind of season, how amazing it feels to enjoy delicious food! Today I’m going to share a viral and mouthwatering egg recipe. I hope you will like it a lot.

We make this dish from time to time, and personally, I like this recipe very much. Please do try it and let me know how you liked it.
During winter, I visited my sister-in-law’s house. There were seven of us in total—my nieces, my sister, and myself. For seven people, we took 15 eggs. This recipe is so tasty that one egg is never enough, so we kept two eggs per person.
How we prepared the egg recipe:
First, we boiled the eggs properly and peeled off the shells. After peeling, we cut each egg lengthwise into two halves.

Next, we prepared the stuffing for the eggs. For this, we needed several ingredients:
Cucumber
Green chilies
Onion

We finely chopped all three ingredients into very small pieces. The amount of green chili can be adjusted according to your spice tolerance. This recipe tastes best when it is a bit spicy and tangy.
Then we added:
Black salt
Chili powder
Tomato sauce
Tamarind chutney
Mustard oil
Lemon juice
A little sugar
Salt
Fresh coriander
We mixed all these ingredients very well.

After that, we felt that adding ripe tamarind would enhance the taste even more.

So we added some ripe tamarind and mixed it again. It’s better to soak the tamarind in water to soften it, remove the fibers, and then use it. However, here I used tamarind with seeds.

After that, we filled the prepared stuffing nicely into the cut eggs. Everyone prepared and ate their own eggs because honestly, no one has the patience to prepare all of them first and then eat. The dish is just that delicious and tempting!
I don’t know who first created this recipe, but it became very viral on Facebook. We saw the recipe on our phones and now make it occasionally whenever we gather together. Cooking and eating together is so much fun. Someone was chopping cucumber, someone onions, someone chilies, and someone else was adding sauces. Making and enjoying this recipe together during winter feels really special.
After a long time, I shared a recipe blog with you all. Please continue to support me and stay by my side. Thank you everyone. I’ll be back soon with another new recipe. 💛🍳
