La primera que tengo el agrado de hacerle la revisión es a las hallacas de mi tía Zobeida. Todos los años nos complace haciendo dos tandas, una para el 24 y otra para el 31. Un 10 de 10, sin dudarlo, este año aparte tuve la oportunidad de colaborar en el proceso, y estar más presente, porque cuando no es para vender, nos deja meter manos al guiso jaja.

Así mismo, para esa misma fecha realicé pan de jamón, con la receta de mi hermana Jocksy, quien es panadera y tiene la receta estipulada en porcentaje, así que, las medidas son mucho más precisas y el pan quedan mucho mejor.

Ya para ir cerrando el mes, quiero también hacerles una revisión de una sopa de carne, realizada por mi mamá, que podría decir, es la mejor haciendo sopas. Me sorprende lo mucho que ha mejorado, tomando de cada una de mis tías esos datos curiosos con respecto a la preparación de caldos, para que el producto quede mucho mejor. Uno de ellos es; licuar al final algunas verduras para que el caldo espese y quede más al punto.

One of them is blending some vegetables at the end to thicken the broth and make it more flavorful.
Sin duda, el mes de diciembre es familiar, y podría decirse que, también es el mes de la alimentación, en cada compartir familiar tuve la oportunidad de comer delicioso, y estoy agradecida con el Universo, por darme el privilegio de tener a mi familia unidad, y varios platos en mi mesa.
