Fenugreek leaves with potatoes

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog of recipe. Today my recipe is different and specially for winters. In the market I saw fresh fenugreek leaves so I took them for today dinner time. I want to share with all of you my recipe. But first I will tell you the main ingredients then start the process.

Ingredients

1kg Fenugreek leaves

Half kg potatoes

Onions

Ginger garlic paste

Tomato

Green chillies

Spices

Salt

Turmeric

Red chilli

Chilli flakes

Dry grind coriander

Process

First I cut leaves then washed them very well under water. I put it in a strainer then first boiled it for cooking.


At the other side of stove I prepared potato gravy and for this step I stir fry cut onions then added ginger garlic paste tomato slices and green chillies and again stir fry. After 2 minutes I added cut potatoes pieces and fry whole ingredients.


Later on I added cumin seeds salt turmeric and red chilli. I also added some chilli flakes for taste. I cooked them after adding one glass water for five minutes.


Then I added boiled fenugreek leaves in the potatoes mixture and mixed it. I cooked it again after adding one glass water until the oil separated.


So finally my recipe is ready and I served it with flatbread. I cut some salad and everyone enjoyed it. Don't forget also giving me feedback and good reviews. See you soon guys with new recipe. Bye bye.
