Homemade vermicelli sweet dessert in milk

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well. So as usual I came here with my new recipe blog that is very amazing and I want to share with all of you. My today recipe is sweet dish. Every year my mother made vermicelli at home of white flour using different colours. Then we cooked these vermicelli in milk and in different ways. Today I cooked them in milk so I will share my recipe let's start.

Ingredients

Two cup vermicelli

Half litre milk

Sugar as per your taste

Dry fruits as you like

Cardamom

Process

First I took out two cup vermicelli in a plate. Then put half litre milk on the stove for boiling.


After this I put vermicelli on the bread pan for frying till two minutes. This step is for the taste.


When milk boiled I added fry vermicelli in the milk and mixed. Then also added 3 cardamom and sugar. I cooked vermicelli in the milk until bubbles come and milk converted to thick foam.


Actually I cooked this sweet dessert for myself 😋. I dish out in a plate then garnish with dates cashews and pistachios that I already have at home. My father sent these ndry fruits from Dubai. You can see final look here.
