Taro root or colocasia vegetable

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog of the community @hivefood . I hope you guys all are well and enjoying delicious food also in vegetable's . Today in the whole summers I first day cooked a very famous vegetable of the season . It's called Taro root or colocasia vegetable . In our language w called it Arvi . So the cooking process is also very simple but many people liked it in different ways . So I want to share my recipe with all of you let's start the process .

Ingredients

One kg taro root (Arvi)

Chopped onions

Tomato

Ginger garlic paste

Green chillies

One cup curd

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Turmeric

Dry coriander

Black pepper

Garam masala

Cumin seeds

Dry fenugreek leaves

Process

First I cut Arvi into small pieces then put them for ten minutes after spreading salt . Another side I chopped onions made ginger garlic paste also cut green chillies and tomato .


After ten minutes I washed Arvi under water very well . Then put in the strainer for drying water . Then i fried it in the oven for five minutes and took out in a plate .

Later on I stir fry ingredients like onions ginger garlic paste and tomato .

Then I added whole spices that I mentioned above . After cooking ingredients I added one cup curd and mixed well .

At the last I added fried Arvi and mixed in the masala . Then I spread green chillies and my vegetable is ready for eating .
