Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying food in rainy days. Today I cooked very special recipe according to summer season. In this season mostly we see garbanzo Beans or you can called green chickpeas in the market. My mother bought it from the bazaar and asked for cooking rice pulao of it. So I want to share my recipe with all of you and let's start the process.
Ingredients
Garbanzo beans half kg
One kg rice
Onions
Green chillies
Tomato slices
Ginger
Spices
Salt
Chilli flakes
Black pepper
Cumin seeds
Garam masala
Process
First I took out beans and washed them and put aside. At the other side I soaked rice and also put them half an hour. I prepared other ingredients cut onions and fried in the oil till the colour change into brown.



After this I added ginger and crushed green chillies in the brown onions and again stir fry. Then I added tomato slices and whole spices like salt black pepper garam masala cumin seeds dry coriander and chilli flakes. I cooked spices also in the onions gravy.

After cooking ingredients I added garbanzo Beans and cooked in the water.


When beans cooked well then I added soaked rice in the gravy and mixed well. I cooked rice till the gravy dry. Then I covered and put on dum.


It's really tasty rice pulao that I enjoyed with yogurt raita. You can see final look.
