El caso de hoy son budines con yogur natural, este ingrediente estrella nos ahorra otros líquidos, y como esta receta no lleva manteca pero sí aceite, la esponjosidad la aporta el batido de azúcar y el leudante del harina, así que vamos a comenzar, necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:

Today's recipe is for puddings made with plain yogurt. This star ingredient saves us from having to use other liquids, and since this recipe doesn't call for butter but does call for oil, the fluffiness comes from the sugar and the baking powder in the flour. So, let's get started. We'll need the following ingredients:

2 potes de azúcar | 2 containers of sugar |
3 potes de harina leudante | 3 containers of self-rising flour |

La medida es por unidades porque además es una receta práctica, usas el mismo recipiente donde viene el yogur para medir todo, donde dice azúcar 1, indica que debes colocar una medida de ese mismo recipiente. Verán que yo utilizo en las fotos, el mismo tarro con cada ingrediente distinto.

The measurements are given in units because it is also a practical recipe. You use the same container that the yogurt comes in to measure everything. Where it says sugar 1, it means you should use one measure of that same container. You will see that in the photos, I use the same jar for each different ingredient.
Comenzamos batiendo 3 huevos y el azúcar, y aquí incorporamos aire y esponjosidad, aunque yo siempre bato a mano, puedes usar un batidor eléctrico también. Luego hay que incorporar el aceite con cuidado, y yo aproveché para añadir un toque extra de azúcar, que en este caso es mascabo y no añade dulzor, pero sí mucho sabor.

We start by beating 3 eggs and the sugar, incorporating air and fluffiness. Although I always beat by hand, you can use an electric mixer as well. Then you have to carefully add the oil, and I took the opportunity to add an extra touch of sugar, which in this case is brown sugar and does not add sweetness, but it does add a lot of flavor.

Ahora llega el momento del ingrediente estrella, que yo lo tenia separado en una taza porque no era posible usar el tarro como medidor sin colocarlo en otro recipiente, jaja Es muy simple de unificar, terminamos colocando el extracto de vainilla, y las tazas de harina.

Now it's time for the star ingredient, which I had separated into a cup because it wasn't possible to use the jar as a measuring cup without placing it in another container, haha. It's very simple to combine everything. We finish by adding the vanilla extract and the cups of flour.

Yo usé una de almendras, muy buena de sabor pero al no levar, usé un leudante extra. El resultado no estuvo mal, pero se notó la diferencia. Lo importante al incorporar el ingrediente seco que uses, es que no queden grumos, incorporar todo muy bien.

I used almond flour, which tastes great, but since it doesn't rise, I used an extra leavening agent. The result wasn't bad, but you could tell the difference. The important thing when adding the dry ingredient you use is to make sure there are no lumps and to mix everything in very well.
Con la preparación ya unificada de consistencia, elegimos los toppings. Yo usé nueces en uno y pasas en otro, claramente puedes no ponerle nada, o quizás chocolate, o cualquier otro fruto seco que te agrade.

Once the mixture has a uniform consistency, choose the toppings. I used walnuts on one and raisins on the other, but you can obviously leave them out, or maybe add chocolate, or any other nuts you like.
Tomé dos moldes y una vez preparados con manteca y harina, llené ambos y coloqué los dulces arriba, decoré un poco, y al terminar esto, ya tenía el horno en 180ºC, tardaron cerca de 30 minutos en hacerse y al salir solo falta, como ya saben, esperar a que enfríen un poco y preparar unos mates.

I took two baking pans and, once they were prepared with butter and flour, I filled them both and placed the sweets on top, decorated them a little, and when I finished, I had the oven at 180ºC. They took about 30 minutes to bake, and when they came out, all that was left to do, as you know, was wait for them to cool down a bit and prepare some mate.
Yo en este caso los llevé a una celebración con mis amistades, pero puede servir para tu merienda de cualquier día, para una ocasión especial, o para agasajar a alguien también. Espero que les haya gustado y nos vemos pronto con más recetas por aquí.
