On weekends, my family always likes to eat fast food, which we made at home this time. I took advantage of the fact that I had the ingredients, plus I got home late because I was at my son's games. I went out and bought the bread and started making these sandwiches for dinner. For this recipe, I used 1 chicken breast, 2 garlic sausages, 1 onion, 1 tomato, four lettuce leaves, mayonnaise and red sauce.

Aproveche que tenía los ingredientes, además que llegué tarde a casa por estar en los juegos de mi hijo. Sali y compré los panes y empecé a armar estos sandwiches para cenar.para estás receta utilice 1 pechuga de pollo, 2 chorizos de ajos, 1 cebolla, 1 tomate, cuatro hojas de lechuga, mayonesa y salsa roja.
To season the breast, take onion, 1/2 red pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, and salt to taste. Place in a frying pan with just a touch of oil, as you want it roasted, not fried.
Para sazonar la pechuga tome cebolla, 1/2 pimentón rojo y 3 dientes de ajo y sal al gusto. Lleve a un sartén solo con un toque de aceite, ya que lo quería era asado más no frito.
Cut the chorizo into pieces and fry them in the same oil they release.
Los chorizos los cortes en trozos y lleve a freír con el mismo aceite que desprenden.

Para armar estos sandwiches tome las panes y corte por la mitad y comencé a colocar las salsas para luego incorporar lechuga cortada, la pechuga de pollo, tomate cebolla y los chorizos de ajo.
Thankfully, I managed to finish quickly before the power went out. But my family was able to enjoy a delicious sandwich, even if it was in the dark.
Menos mal y logré terminar rápido ya que se fue la electricidad. Pero mi familia pudo disfrutar de un delicioso sandwich así sea bajo la oscuridad.
