Hola queridos apasionados de las recetas de comidas, hechas en casa, hoy paso a compartirles una receta que siempre será una buena opción saludable, y nutritiva para todos en casa, La receta de hoy es: Milanesa de pollo, con contorno de arroz blanco, y ensalada de pepino, tomate, aguacate, y cebolla.

Hello fellow home-cooking enthusiasts! Today I'm sharing a recipe that's always a great healthy and nutritious option for everyone at home. Today's recipe is: Chicken Milanese with a side of white rice and a salad of cucumber, tomato, avocado, and onion.

Ingredientes: Milanesa:

  • 3 Milanesas de pollo
  • Ají semi picante, cebolla, ajo y cilantro, licuados
  • Pimienta blanca
  • Salsa inglesa
  • Sal
    Para la ensalada:
  • Pepino
  • Aguacate
  • Tomate
  • Cebolla
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Vinagre blanco
  • Sal

Para el arroz

  • 1 Taza de arroz
  • Cebolla
  • Margarina
  • Sal
  • 1/1/2 taza de agua

Ingredients: Chicken Milanese

  • 3 chicken milanesas
  • Blended semi-hot chili pepper, onion, garlic, and cilantro
  • White pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt

For the salad:

  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • White vinegar
  • Salt

For the rice:

  • 1 cup of rice
  • Onion
  • Margarine
  • Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of water

En una taza, Condimentar la milanesa con 2 cdas de aliños licuados, agregar sal al gusto, 1 cdta de pimienta blanca, 1 cda de salsa inglesa, tapar por 5 minutos para que absorba los condimentos.

Mientras esperamos, que pasen los 5 minutos, para cocinar la milanesa, preparamos el arroz, en una olla vamos a colocar 1/4 parte de una cebolla y rayamos o cortamos finamente, agregaremos una 1 Cda de margarina, luego vamos a sofreír, hasta que la cebolla cristalice con la margarina, en ese momento vamos a agregar 1 taza de arroz lavado y escurrido minutos antes, doramos un poco el arroz con la cebolla, agregamos 1 taza y 1/2 de agua y 1/2 cdta de sal dejamos hervir hasta que esté secando, luego bajamos la llama al mínimo y tapamos hasta que el arroz quede completamente seco, en ese momento apagamos la llama y está listo este arroz blanco con cebolla y margarina.
