  • INGREDIENTS: ripe tomatoes, zucchini, onion, garlic clove, white cheese, fresh coriander, eggs, black pepper, olive oil and salt.
  • INGREDIENTES: tomates maduros, calabacín, cebolla, diente de ajo, queso blanco, cilantro fresco, huevos, pimienta negra, aceite de oliva y sal.

PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN

  • Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic clove... Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a non-stick pan and sauté over medium heat (season with salt and pepper).
  • Cortamos la cebolla finamente, trituramos el diente de ajo... Incorporamos 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva a un sartén antiadherente, sofreímos a fuego "medio" (salpimentamos).

  • Cortamos los tomates maduros en cubos, extraemos las semillas... Integramos el calabacín, les sugiero dejar la piel, para así poder disfrutar de su apetitosa textura. Salteamos hasta comprobar que todos los ingredientes se ablandaron un poco.
