It's a very complete recipe, with all the benefits and nutrients to enjoy as a single dish... Let's put on our aprons and make a "delicious rice with sautéed chicken, vegetables, and turmeric". A continuación, comparto con ustedes el platillo que preparé para almorzar en familia, es una receta muy completa, que posee todos los beneficios y nutrientes para disfrutar como plato único... Pongámonos el delantal ar realizar un "delicioso arroz con pollo salteado, verduras y cúrcuma", espero disfruten el proceso de esta exquisitez!

  • INGREDIENTS: ripe tomatoes, green onions, bell peppers (red and green), garlic clove, onion, chicken breast, turmeric powder, bay leaves, pepper, mustard, soy sauce, chicken stock cube, sunflower oil for frying and 1 cup of rice.
  • INGREDIENTES: tomates maduros, cebollín, pimientos (rojos y verdes), diente de ajo, cebolla, pechuga de pollo, cúrcuma en polvo, hojas de laurel, pimienta, mostaza, salsa de soja, 1 cubito de pollo, aceite de girasol para sofreír y 1 taza de arroz.

PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN

  • The first step is to season the chicken breast, previously cut into small cubes... and season with mustard, soy sauce, pepper, and salt.
  • El primer paso será: sazonar la pechuga de pollo, previamente cortada en cubos "pequeños"... condimentamos con: mostaza, salsa de soja, pimienta y sal.

  • Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to a pot, sauté the chicken, and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add the onion and garlic cloves. Cook until they reach a crystalline consistency.
  • Agregamos 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol a un caldero, sofreímos el pollo, salteamos hasta que se dore un poco... Incorporamos la cebolla, junto con los dientes de ajo. Cocinamos hasta que adquieran una consistencia cristalina.

  • Next, we add the chives, along with the pepper... We place the tomatoes, and remove the seeds.
  • A continuación, añadimos el cebollín, junto con el pimiento... Colocamos los tomates, extraemos las semillas.

  • Add the rice and sauté for 3 minutes. For 1 cup of rice, add 3 cups of water. When it comes to a boil, add the chicken stock cube, along with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and the bay leaves. Cook for the first 15 minutes over high heat, then cover and finish cooking over low heat until done. Cooking time will take approximately 25 minutes.
  • Incorporamos el arroz, sofreímos durante 3 minutos... Para 1 taza de arroz añadí 3 de agua, cuando rompa el hervor colocamos el cubito de pollo, junto con 1 cucharadita de cúrcuma en polvo y las hojas de laurel. Cocinamos los primeros 15 minutos a fuego "alto", luego tapamos y terminamos de cocinar a fuego "bajo", hasta comprobar que está listo. El tiempo de cocción tardará aproximadamente 25 minutos.
