  • Buenas noches amigos de hivefood, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog! En esta ocasión, comparto con ustedes una receta MUY saludable, nutritiva y deliciosas, a continuación les explico como preparar una "exquisita crema de calabaza y patatas con cebollín y nueces"... Pongámonos el delantal!

  • INGREDIENTS: pumpkin, potatoes, butter, chives, black pepper, walnuts and salt.
  • INGREDIENTES: calabaza, patatas, mantequilla, cebollín, pimienta negra, nueces y sal.

PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN

  • We sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of butter, using the pot where we will prepare our preparation... When it has taken on a crystalline texture, we add the pumpkin, cut into "large" cubes, and sauté for 3 minutes.
  • Sofreímos la cebolla en 1 cucharada de mantequilla, utilizamos la olla donde vamos a realizar nuestra preparación... Cuando haya tomado una textura cristalina, colocamos la calabaza, cortada en cubos "grandes", salteamos durante 3 minutos.

  • In this step, add the potatoes along with 2 liters of vegetable broth... Stir in a bay leaf. Cook over high heat until the vegetables are tender. This will take approximately 30 minutes.
  • En este paso, añadimos las patatas junto con 2 litros de caldo de verduras... Integramos una hoja de laurel. Cocinamos a fuego "alto" hasta comprobar que las verduras se ablandaron, el proceso de cocción tardará aproximadamente 30 minutos.

  • Add the vegetables to the blender, along with the cooking broth. Blend until smooth and smooth. Season with black pepper and salt.
  • Incorporamos al vaso de la licuadora las verduras, junto con el caldo de cocción. Licuamos hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea y sin grumos. En este paso, aliñamos con pimienta negra y sal.

  • When serving, garnish with the chives, previously sautéed with a touch of butter and olive oil... Add the chopped "walnuts"; this ingredient will provide a delicious crunchy contrast!
  • Al momento de emplatar, decoramos con el cebollín, previamente sofrito con un toquesito de mantequilla y aceite de oliva... Integramos las "nueces" troceadas, este ingrediente aportará un contraste crujiente MUY delicioso!
