Cinnamon cookies with ginger and sesame seeds (Eng-Esp)

  • Good evening friends, welcome back to my blog! This time, I'll show you how to easily prepare delicious "cinnamon cookies with ginger and sesame seeds". I hope you enjoy this tasty recipe; I'm sure it will become one of your favorite desserts. Let's get started!
  • Buenas noches amigos, bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog... En esta ocasión, les enseñaré como preparar de forma "fácil y sencilla" unas deliciosas "galletas de canela con jengibre y ajonjolí". Espero disfruten el proceso de esta sabrosa receta, estoy segura que se convertirá en uno de sus postres favoritos, empecemos!

PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN

  • We add 1 egg to a bowl, and with the help of a hand whisk we mix well... We add 1 heaped teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  • Incorporamos en un bowl 1 huevo, con ayuda de un batidor manual mezclamos bien... Colocamos 1 cucharadita colmada de esencia de vainilla.

  • To give our cookies a soft texture, we're going to add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil... Add powdered sweetener (as needed), if you wish you can sweeten with brown sugar or honey.
  • Para que nuestras galletas queden con una textura suave, vamos a incorporar 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol... Añadimos edulcorante en polvo (cantidad necesaria), si lo desean pueden endulzar con azúcar morena o miel.

  • In this step we add the cinnamon, along with the powdered ginger... these ingredients will provide a VERY tasty and aromatic flavor!
  • En este paso colocamos la canela, junto con el jengibre en polvo... estos ingredientes aportarán un sabor MUY sabroso y aromático!

  • Using a silicone spatula, mix until well combined. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  • Con ayuda de una paleta de silicona mezclamos hasta integrar bien. Tapamos y dejamos reservar durante 20 minutos.

  • We shaped the dough into spheres of similar sizes... We placed them on a baking sheet; this time I used parchment paper.
    Using a fork, we pressed down slightly on the surface of each cookie and decorated them with toasted sesame seeds. We baked them at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Armamos unas esferas de tamaños similares... Colocamos encima de la bandeja del horno, en esta ocasión utilicé papel vegetal.
    Con ayuda de un tenedor ejercemos un poco de presión en la superficie de cada galleta, decoramos con semillas de ajonjolí tostado. Horneamos a 180° durante 25 minutos o hasta comprobar que están listas.

  • Once the baking time is up, our delicious cookies are ready... Let them cool before enjoying!
