I am dreaming of tasting the best noodle too. Here in the Philippines, it is a challenge finding an authentic Noodle house.

        I really like noodle dishes because of the texture, it's just so fun to slurp and eat. I hope you'll be able to visit Chinatown in Philippines. Saw vlogs about the food their and they say it's good even for international standards.

              I tried some in Chinatown here in the Philippines, Binondo is the name. Some are truly delicious and the noodles are manually made.
