This is amount of corn that I am going to use and I bought them from Sabzi Mandi last evening.
First thing first wash them properly and then then add them to boiling water for around 15 minutes. All they will become more tasty and soft.
This is our look after 10 minutes of boiling, the boiled corns are tastier and sweeter than the raw one cause boiling helps to release the natural sweetness of the corn by breaking down the starch. Also boiling helps to any bacteria or fungi present on the surface.
Now it's time to chop some onion and tomato.
Mix, it well with the boin corn add some salt panipuri masala and dry mango powder to it.
Mix it was for 2 to 3 minutes and it's time to squeeze some lemon on it.
And this is the final result. Eating corn is healthy cause its region fibre and vitamins it's good for your muscles and provide quick energy. According to me this is quick and the easiest way to prepare corn chaat and according to me the magic masala that goes in it is pani puri masala. In India you can find it everywhere but yeah I am not aware how is it available outside the nation.
