Better Way To Prepare Dhough And Indian Bread/Chapati

Hello foodies!

Whenever I feel like I need to eat something but I'm in hurry.Do you know what I do?I prepare Chapati for myself.It's a Indian bread which is made up of wheat flour and it is healthy.As it takes literally minutes to prepare it. While making chapati for myself , I thought, why shouldn't I share this video all so that you can also make this Indian chapati or bread for yourself aswell.

Making Chapati is easy process and also can Also, you can have it with jam, pickle, daal or sabzi. The only difficulty that you may face at first is to give it a proper shape , which is round. But with time and practice, you will get better at it So at first, you don't have to panic.If you are unable to make a proper round shape. I have been making descendant bread for almost five years now, but believe me as sometimes I still face difficulties to make it round.

So without thinking much, let's get started.There are some very basic ingredients that are required- The wheat flour that we call aara in common language and water.

To prepare it, you need to take 3 bowls of aata in a big bowl and In three cups of aata , you will add one glass of water, but not at once. Firstly, add some a water to it and start to mix it well video finger. Make sure that you have washed your hand properly and your nails should be quickly clean.

Now , add water little by little , keep mixing it well with each other. Always remember the more amount of water you add it at a time the more softer it will become at the end. At first , you just need to mix all of it together and now add some more water and start to mix it well and smart giving little massage to it. Haha it sounds funny.

Show this as finally how it's gonna look. Let
It rest for fifteen minutes so that that texture becomes good.

Now take out a pan and put it over the gas with low flame and for minutes let it heat.

Now take some mata in your hand and make a ball of it , and then preset gently Just like I did , and as shown in the picture. You also need to add some dry art to it, otherwise it will be sticky.

Press it gently and make it more thinner and thinner.And now with the help of rolling pin You
Need to give a proper shape to it. You should not apply much pressure on the Chapati.Cause it will impress the surface gently.Keep giving it shape and keep applying the dry aata on it.

When you reach the point where you think.Now the Chapati is proper in shape and size.You need to take it in your hands and flip it within your hands for 2 to 3 minutes to make to make it even.

Now put the chapati over the pan and let it heat. Upon heating well it We'll get detached from the surface of the pan and you can now turn it into another side.

As it started to inflate over the pan , put it over the direct flame and gently move it and
Keep turning its sides.

When the chapati in inflate it's an indication that it's cooked now and your bread is ready. Just like bad,it's not sweet not salty.

And this is the final look.I should have taken more pictures of it in more better ways.But this is what I actually have. Some of the pictures here are taken by my brother Cause I was preparing the chapati and I couldn't took them by myself.But most of them are taken by me.
