Making some dishes that I've learned to someone. Will this way of cooking a kolo chips is I've seen this or even try this when me and my sister visit her boyfriend's house and his mother cooked a kolo chips for snacks. I'm a thirdwell but atleast they provide food charot. After I've tasted the kolo chips I decided to try this at the house like the taste was crispy and sugary outside and so moist inside. So today I'm sharing also the process on how to cooked the kolo chips.

The first thing you need to do is to get a kolo obviously, how can you cooked a kolo chips if you don't have a kolo kidding. After you've got your kolo you need to peel it with a knife. You need to get the skin and wash it because it has a sticky milk jusy like in jackfruit that was so hard to wash.

After peeling the kolo the second step was to slice it inyo thin or what kind of slice do you want but for me I lice it into thin so that it didn't take so long if we fry it. After slicing of course you need to wash it agian and prepare it to fry.

This next process is a little bit easy but it takes too long to finish but it depends on how much kolo did you slice and what shape it is. I kinda irate this time cause it take too much time to finish frying due to I slice the kolo into long thin slice so I struggled to fry it in a minute. I recommend that if ever you want to try it just slice it into thin but dont slice into long just cut it in half. This steps are not finish yet we still need to fry it in second time but this time we will mix the sugar in it.

I forgot to take a picture while mixing the sugar and the kolo but I will share it here how to do it to achieve this kind of outcome. First put the oil into a hot pan and wait untill it ready to put the sugar. After putting the brown sugar or the white one wait untill it melt and ready to mix with kolo. Mix well untill it well combined and transfer it into a bowl and then chada the finish product was done and its ready to eat. It's so good when you eat it when it's still hot cause you can feel it's crispness and the melted sugar.
