Sharing on how I prepare this delicious breakfast

in Hive Foodlast year

Good day everyone
It's my first post in this community hope you all are faring well and I'll love to share to you on how I prepared my breakfast today (fried plantain and egg)
I've been craving this meal for a long time and finally I'm able to afford all ingredients to garnish it to my taste

Breakfasts are meals taken in the morning and I prefer light meals in the morning for some personal reasons😌

Today being Sunday,
Got up so early to execute the plans I already had in mind the previous night (cooking)
I stepped out to a nearby market to get these stuffs

  • Ripe Plantain
    *Groundnut oil
    *Fresh tomato
    *Onions
    *Raw egg
With these ingredients I already pictured my breakfast 💜

Here are the steps on how I prepared it

Step 1
I peeled my Plantain, washed it and cut it into suitable sizes

Step 2
I chopped my onions, fresh tomato, fresh pepper and prepared other necessary condiments like Maggi, salt etc

step 3
I broke my egg into a bowl so i can mixed it properly

Step 4
I put my frying pan on the fire, added my groundnut oil and allowed it for a minute and then started frying my Plantain
Within few minutes
My Plantain was ready

*Step 5
After frying the plantain,I added a new oil just so I could prepare my egg..
The egg preparation wasn't a huge process,
Firsty,I added all the ingredients I chopped, waited for a minute and then turned my prepared egg into the pan.
I turned it to my desired size after which
My egg was ready too🥰

Putting the oil

Frying the ingredients

Turning the prepared egg ontop of the ingredients

After turning them

*Step 6"
I turned them both into my plate and it looked so good
Couldn't wait to consume them all 😌😌

With this, my day is going well already cuz I finally have the chance to eat what I've been craving for, well garnished
Come and join me let's eat 😋♥️

Thanks family for reading through my post

Do have a nice day ahead 💜😊
