  • 2 berenjenas
  • 3 dientes de ajo

PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION

Lo primero que hago es lavar las berenjenas y las coloco en un budare caliente a asar, también la pueden poner directo en hornilla o meter al horno, cuando estén lista las dejamos enfriar y retiramos la piel para extraer la pulpa con la ayuda de una cuchara y tostamos ligeramente el ajonjoli.
