Por acá yo les traigo esta bonita creación en gelatina que estoy segura que quienes aman este postre les encantará, más que unas lindas fotos y algunos datos de la elaboración de esta belleza les traigo un vídeo con todo el paso a paso de la realización de esta bella y deliciosa gelatina ♥️ espero que les guste 🥰.

Para la realización de esta gelatina utilicé los moldes que pueden ver en las fotos y para la parte de los muñecos hice unos toppers impresos en papel fotográfico los cuales recorte a tijera y pegué con silicón en palillos para posteriormente colocarlos en la gelatina.
Está gelatina al estilo mosaico tridimensional pero como toque diferente y moderno esta hecha con esferas encapsuladas, debo aceptar que estás esferas son también de gelatina, algunas veces me lo preguntan, quizás porque parece un poco increíble, pero bueno acá pueden ver el proceso en el vídeo de este trabajo.
To make this gelatin I used the molds that you can see in the photos and for the dolls I made some toppers printed on photographic paper which I cut out with scissors and glued with silicone on sticks to later place them in the gelatin.
This three-dimensional mosaic style gelatin but as a different and modern touch is made with encapsulated spheres, I must accept that these spheres are also made of gelatin, sometimes people ask me about it, maybe because it seems a little unbelievable, but well here you can see the process in the video of this work.
Utilicé un molde de silicón de esferas de 2,5cm de diámetro, el truco para hacer esferas es llenar con la gelatina el molde justo hasta el borde, ni más ni menos, si colocamos un poco más no pegan de forma plana porque de forma una especie de curva y si llenamos menos quedan un poco menos redondas, como chatas.
I used a silicone mold for spheres of 2.5cm in diameter, the trick to make spheres is to fill the mold with gelatin just to the edge, no more and no less, if we put a little more they do not stick flat because it forms a kind of curve and if we fill less they are a little less round, like flat.
