Today i would like to share the recipe of veg Fried Rice it is popular and flavoured rice recipe made with cooked rice, finely chopped veggies and seasoning ingredients. It is healthy and delicious in taste, almost cooked in every household. You can add veggies of your choice and available at home. It tastes great when served with manchurian gravy, in my next blog i will the maucharain recipe. In this post I share more easiest and quickest recipe to make more aromatic and flavourful veg veg fried Rice at home. Even you can try this recipe with leftover fried rice.

Ingredients 📃
for cooking rice
• 1 cup basmati rice.
• 1 tsp oil.
• ½ tsp salt.
• water for soaking & boiling.
For Fried Rice
• 2 tbsp oil.
• 4-5 Chopped garlic.
• 1 chopped onion.
• 1 chopped carrot.
• ½ chopped Capsicum.
• ¼ cup of corns.
• 2 Slit Green Chilli.
• ½ tbsp of cumin.
• 2 tbsp soy sauce.
• 1 tbsp vinegar.
• 1 tsp pepper powder.
• ½ tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
• Salt to taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳

Take the quantity mentioned above for 3-4 people. you can adjust the quantity as per the person.

Soaked the rice for atleast 10 minutes. Make sure to drain off the water and rinse the soaked rice well.

put the water on a sauce pan,add salt, when water came to boiling add the rice, untill rice cooked well.

Thoroughly rinse the rice in a strainer under cold water to remove excess starch (this prevents stickiness

Boil the water in another another pan.

add the sweet corns for 1 min only, strain it. wash it with cold water.

In a large kadai heat oil and stir-fry chopped garlic and Cumin seeds.

also, saute onion, capsicum, carrot and boiled corns.

Saute it untill it get translucent or automatic. Stir fry on high flame without overcooking veggies.

now add soy sauce and vinegar. stir-fry until the sauce is combined well.

Keeping the flame low, add salt, red chilli powder and Pepper. mix it well. Be careful here is high chance of burning spices.

keeping the flame on high, add cooked rice.

stir-fry by mixing well making sure rice grains won't break.
