Today i would like to share the Recipe of Spicy Noodles Rice it is made-up of flavoured Boiled Noodles & Rice with Aromatic Indian Spices. If you feel like eating both Chinese and Indian food then do try this recipe. I am also prepared this for the first time. This recipe is not on YouTube, this is my own recipe. It came to my mind and I made it and it was really delicious and Yummy. This recipe is a perfect lunch and dinner, you can also consider it as the best option for tiffin Box. If you want, you can add more veggies to it, it depends on the availability in your home and your choice. You guys should also try the recipe and tell me in the comment section how it is made?

Ingredients📃
• 1 cup of Rice.
• 200 grams of Noodles.
• 1/2 cup of Sweet Corns.
• 150 grams of cottage cheese.
• 1 Chopped onion.
• 1 Chopped capsicum.
• 4-5 Chopped Garlic.
• 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
• 1 sachet of Ching Chinese Masala.
• 1/2 Garam Masala.
• Salt to taste.
• Green Coriander leaves for Garnish.
Process 👨🏻🍳
Chop the onion, capsicum and garlic well, to find my kitchen chores quickly, I put everything in the chopper and chopped it. Keep it aside.
Raise the rice with 3-4 times to remove the dirts, Soak it for atleast 15-20 minutes.
Boil the soaked Rice, cooked it untill it get soft. Stain the rice, keep it aside.
In the same pan in which you boiled the rice, put water in it again and now it's time to boil the noodles. cooked it untill it get soft.
Strain the noodles, wash it with cold water to remove the starch. Keep it aside.
Heat the oil in the kadai, add the chopped garlic and cumin seeds, saute it untill it get Aromatic.
Now add the Chopped onion & Capsicum, cooked it untill it get translucent.
now add the sweet corns, on low flame add Ching Chinese masala, Red chilli powder, coainder masala. Be careful on high flame, your spices get burns. Keep stirring untill your masala get aromatic.
Now add the cottage cheese cubes.
Add the boiled Rice.
Add the Boiled Noodles.
Add the salt as per your taste.
Add the Garam masala, Mix it well so that masala get well coated with rice & noodles. Mix it gently so thats your rice & noodles didn't break it.
Garnish it with Green coriander leaves. Serve the hot spicy Rice Noodles with the flavour curd, papad or Green Chutney.
