Today i would like to share the recipe Smokey Paneer Gravy it is simply madeup of onion tomatoes gravy with aromatic & flavourful with the twist of giving smokey flavour, for the first time,i have done, but seriously it came out more delicious and aromatic. This gravy works well since itās basic but full of flavour,The gravy goes great with roti, and also works with chapati or paratha, as well as with stream or flavoured Rice, perfect for lunch or Dinner. There are various way of preparing it with it is my new of preparing, seriously it more delicious than before, try this way, you gonna like it.

Ingredients š
⢠2 Roughly chopped onion.
⢠2 Roughly chopped Tomatoes.
⢠2-3 cashew.
⢠2-3 Almon.
⢠10-12 cloves of garlic.
⢠2 slit Green Chilli.
⢠200 grams of paneer Cubes.
⢠5-7 tbsp of oil.
⢠1 tbsp of Ghee.
⢠½ tsp chilli powder.
⢠¼ tsp turmeric.
⢠¼ tsp garam masala.
⢠2 tsp of coriander powder.
⢠1 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli powder.
⢠½ tsp of crushed kathuri methi.
⢠2 tbsp of fresh Cream
⢠Green Coriander leaves for Garnish.
⢠Salt to taste.
⢠Water as required.
⢠1 pcs of charcoal.(for smokey flavour).

Heat the oil in the kadai/pan, add cumin & asafoetida, wait untill it start sputtering then add roughly chopped onion, garlic & Green Chilli.

Saute the onion, untill it get translucent.

now add roughly chopped tomatoes, cooked untill it get soft and Mashy.

slower the flame, add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Coriander powder, als add almond & cashew to make gravy Creamy & thick. Cooked for another 2-3 minutes.

switch the flame, cool down the material into room temperature, then transfer into the grinder, grind it to make smooth paste.

Again heat the oil in the same kadai/pan, add the cumin & asafoetida then garlic wait untill it get aromatic then add kashmiri red chilli Powder.

now add the material, cooked it for 7-8 minutes on lower flame, stir in between.

Add the fresh cream, garam masala and kasthuri methi , then mix well.

now add paneer cubes, into the gravy, stir it well.

To give the Smokey flavour, heat a small piece of charcoal over a gas flame until red-hot.

Place the hot coal in a small bowl, set it inside the gravy, pour a teaspoon of ghee over it, and immediately cover the kadhai for 5-6 minutes.

Garnish it with the fresh green coriander leaves.

Serve the hot Smokey Paneer Gravy with your favourite bread - Roti or partha, if you can enjoy if with the stream Rice.
