Today i would like to share the recipe of Ratlami Poha (indoori Poha). This Poha(flattered Rice)
recipe is totally difference as previous one, Ratlami poha is prepared by streaming the poha, then pour the tampering on the top then serve with some special indoori sev. this recipe is different from maharashtrian recipe. For the first time i tried this recipe. As sawan is going in India, so i avoid eating onion & garlic. Indoori poha is prepared quickly with less ingredients and even healthy & much delicious in taste.

Ingredients📃
• 2 cups of Poha(flattened rice).
• 3 tbsp of Oil.
• 2 tbsp of Mustard seeds.
• Pinch of Asafoetida.
• 2 tbsp of Peanuts.
• 7-8 fresh Curry leaves.
• 2 chopped Green chilli.
• 1/2 tbsp Sugar Powder.
• 1/2 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp of Poha Masala(optional).
• Ratlami Sev.
• Salt to taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳
Rinse Poha with water but not to soaked the poha, keep it aside.
In a tadka pan, heat 2 oil and fry peanut until they turn crunchy. For short cut, add the Mustard seeds and pinch of asafoetida then some curry leaves on low flame. Close the flame, let cool down the oil, then turmeric poweder. Mix it well.
Now transfer the poha into the strainer over the Vessel with the water to steam, add some salt and Sugar powder & Pour the tempering over the soaked poha,Mix the tempering well with the poha.
Stream the poha for atleast 5 minutes, to make it extreme hot.
Top with Indori poha masala, onion(optional).
Sprinkle some ratlami sev on the top to make to more tempting & Delicious. Your Ratlami poha is ready to serve in breakfast or Evening snacks.
