Today i would like to share the recipe of Peanut Chutney it is simple mild, creamy, and nut-based chutney condiment that is typically served for breakfast recipes like dosa and idli. It is prepared with roasted Peanuts, south Indian idli dish is incomplete without this chutney. There are various way of making chutney but 'm sharing the easiest and quickest way to prepared it with less ingredients. This chutney is healthy too as peanut are roasted with Zero oil. You can prepare and refrigerate it 2 to 3 days which you can enjoy with your Meal especially with the parathas.

Ingredients 📃


• ½ cup peanuts.
• 2 tbsp of curd.
• 1 tbsp of grated Coconut.
• few coriander leaves.
• few mint leaves.
• 1 chilli.
• 2 tbsp of oil.
• 1 Dried Red Chilli.
• ½ tbsp of mustard seeds.
• few neem curry.
• Salt to taste.

Heat the kadai, add the peanut begin to roast at medium flame, keep stirring untill it get well roasted or untill it get aromatic. Be careful peanut have High tendency to burn quickly.

when the peanut came room temperature, put it into the grinder.

Add the curd and salt.

add the coconut powder.

add the green chilli, adjust as per your taste.

Also add few fresh coriander leaves.

Grind to smooth paste adding water if required

To prepare the tempering, heat oil. Splutter mustard, neem curry and dried red chilli.

Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well. Your chutney is ready to serve, paired it with Idli or in your Meal.
