Today i would like to share the recipe of Pav Bhaji is an amalgamation of vegetables spiced with a unique blend of spices served with a Buttery Soft Bread Roll(Pav). It is common Indian Street food famous allover the India,it can be served anytime like Lunch or Dinner, Depending on your choice. It is healthy as it contains lots of vegetables, use less butter or oil to make it more healthy. There are huge way of preparing it but it is simple and easiest way to make it. The king of recipe is readymade Pav bhaji which is really available in all grocery store. Even you can enjoy the leftover bhaji with Partha or Roti, i do the same 🤪.

Ingredients 📃
• 4 tbsp butter.
• 2 tbsp oil.
• 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
• 3 Chopped Onions.
• 3 Chopped Tomatoes.
• 7-8 cloves of Garlic.
• 3-4 Green Chilli.
• 4-5 floral of cauliflower.
• ½ Chopped capsicum.
• 2 potatoes.
• 1 Beetroot.
• 3-4 Roughly chopped carrot.
• 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli.
• 2 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
• 3 tbsp pav bhaji masala.
• ½ tbsp lemon juice.
• Salt to taste.
• water to adjust consistency.
• 8 pav/bread roll.
• 4 tsp butter.
• Green Coriander leaves for Garnish.
Tip : You can add more vegetables of your Choice or Availablity at home.
Process 👨🏻🍳

Roughy Cut potatoes, beetroot, carrot & Cauliflower Flower. Chopped the Onion, garlic, Capsicum and Tomatoes.

Heat the butter in a Pressure Cooker.

Add all roughly chopped vegetables into pressure cooker.

Add the water to level of vegetables and Salt, Stir it so that everything mix well.

cover and pressure cook for 6-7 whistles.

Switch off the flame, let release the pressure by own, vegetable get well cooked. then open the Cook, cools down. Don't Worry if there is water.

Mash the vegetables with masher. mash it well to get a smooth texture. Keep it aside.

In a large kadai/Pan, heat 2 butter, oil and cumin.

add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute well.

Saute it untill it get Golden brown in colour.

Now add chopped tomatoes,saute making sure to turn tomato soft and mushy.

keeping the flame on low add 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala and 2 tbsp coriander.

saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.

pour the vegetable mash material with water. Mix it well so that everything combined well.

get the bhaji to a rolling boil and adjust the consistency. Your Bhaji is ready.

To prepare the pav, in a pan heat butter.

Now take pavs and slit in the centre, toast on both sides.

While serving squeeze the Lemon N Garnish it with Green Coriander Leaves.

Served the Hot Pav Bhaji with dollop of butter.
