Today I would like to share the recipe of Crispy Noddles Roll it is deep-fried tea-time snack with boiled noodles & potatoes with flavourful Indian spices. These rolls are crispy on the outer layer and soft and spicy within the inner layer. This recipe is quick to prepare with minimal ingredients but super delicious. You serve it in your party as appetizers, personally my relatives and friends like it alot. You also try this recipe and impressed your love ones. You can shape the roll as your choice - these are crispy & addictive.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 cup of noodles.
• 7-8 boiled potatoes.
• 5-6 bread slices.
• ½ cup of cornflour.
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder.
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp garam masala.
• ½ tsp aamchur/dried Mango Powder.
• Oil for frying.
Process 👨🏻🍳

In a pan, boil the water.

add the noodles at the boiling water 5 minutes or for 5 minutes. Make sure to check the package instructions to know the cooking time.

Drain off the noodles and rinse with cold water.

Peeled off the boiled potatoes.

Grate the potatoes with the grater or masher.

dip the bread slices into the water, squeeze it well then add into the mash potatoes.

Since there is moisture, add the cornflour, act as a binding agent, preventing them from falling apart or cracking while frying. even cornflour gives crispness and golden brown outer layer.

Also, add chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur, masala and salt. you can add any spice of your choice, I want to be simple so i didn't add much spices.

Add the boiled noodles, with your hands mash it well.

Combine and mix well, making sure everything is well combined.

Grease your palm with the oil to avoid the stickness. pinch a small portion of material.

shape as per your wish, i would like to have in the shape of roll, you can make cutlet or heart shape.

Repeat the Process with the remaining materials.

Heat the oil in a kadai/pan, you can take any cooking oil of your choice.

Deep fry the cutlet in hot oil, stirring occasionally.

Fry until the cutlet turns golden brown and crispy. Drain off the cutlet to remove excess oil.

Finally, enjoy the Crispy Noodles Roll with Tomato sauce or Green Chutney or Garlic chutney.
