I would like to share the recipe of Crispy & Delicious Noodles Cutlets It is deep fried snacks made up of Mashed boiled potatoes and Boiled Noodles with some spices. kids and adults both love it, even it is ideal for tiffin too. This cutlets were wrapped with Noodles, so it is crispy from outside and soft from inside, it is quick and easy recipe with minimal ingredients which gives you delicious taste. it is typically enjoyed as evening tea time snack, but can also be used as patties to prepare veg burger. To make healthy instead of deep frying, you can cooked in Airfryer.

Ingredients 📃
• 100 grams of Noodles.
• 5-7 Boiled Potatoes.
• 3-4 Green Chilli.
• 3 Bread Slices.
• 1 tbsp of Red chilli Powder.
• 1 sachet of Ching Chinese Masala.
• Salt to taste.
• Oil for frying.

Process 👨🏻🍳

In a large vessel, boil the water & Add the salt into it, when water comes to boiling then Add Noodles.

boil for 2 minutes or until Noodles is cooked well. Drain off the water,wash it with cold water twice or thrice to remove the starch and cool completely. make sure not to overcook Noodles. Keep it aside.

Take the boiled Potatoes, peeled it off. You can instantly boiled the potatoes or used the leftover potatoes.

Grate the pototes with grater. Mash it properly.

Add Red chilli powder, salt & Chinese Masala, Some breadcrumbs mix together. Make sure everything is combined well.
Tip: You can add chopped Onion, green Coriander leaves or Spices of your Choice.
Tip : No need to add cornflour if you added breadcrumbs.

now add in boiled noodles,mix well without mashing noodles.

Grease your hands with oil and now pinch a ball sized dough,roll the cylindrical shape. You can shape your Cutlets as per your Choice.

Heat the oil in kadhai for Frying.

keeping the flame on medium, add your Cutlets one after the another.

stir occasionally, without breaking the cutlets. Fry until the cutlets turn golden brown and crisp.

Drain off the semiya cutlet over a kitchen Tissue to remove excess oil.

Serve the crispy Noodles Cutlets with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney to make your loves one Extra Special with this Tasty delicious Snacks.
