Today i would like to share the recipe of Masala Fried Onions thinly sliced onions are tossed with spices and cream. Being Indian, I prefer having it with Indian bread- Parantha or Chatpati so I’d choose it for lunch or dinner. If you want to eat it for breakfast, you can also use it as a sandwich filling. It all depends on your Liking & Preference. This recipe is very easy and quick to make. It doesn't require many ingredients either. The main ingredient here is onion, which is common and available in every kitchen. I've added Indian spices to it, but you can use any spices you like, tossed it with cream at the end.When you don't feel like cooking anything but still want to eat something tasty, try this recipe—you will definitely love it.

Ingredients 📃
• 4-5 Medium Sized Onions.
• 2 tbsp of oil.
• 5-6 Cloves of Garlic.
• 2 Chopped Green Chilli.
• 1/2 tbsp of Cumin.
• Pinch of asafoetida
• 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
• 1 tbsp of garam Masala.
• 1 tbsp of Kasthuri Methi.
• 1 Cup of Fresh Cream.
• 1/2 Dried Mango powder.
• Salt to taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳

Take the 4-5 Onions, peeled it off, Chopped it roughly.

Heat the oil in the kadai, add the cumin & Asafoetida,then Add Chopped garlic & Green Chilli, saute it untill it get aromatic.

Add the Slicely Onions, Saute it untill it get transculent or Cooked well.

Lower the flame, Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and red chili powder. Be careful, as the spices can burn easily at this stage. Mix well untill spices get aromatic.

Now add Fresh cream into it, stir it well, Cook it untill oils start release from it sides.

Add the Dried Mango & Garam Masala, mix it well.

Crush the dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) between your palms, add them to the curry, and stir well.

Cook it fir another 2 min on lower flames, so that spices get well absorb by onions. Well Masala Fried Onion is Ready to Serve.

Serve your Masala Fried Onions With your Favourite Breads like Paratha or Roti.
